Yoga classes hold three times a week.

TUESDAY – 7:30AM
THURSDAY – 7:30AM
FRIDAY – 7:30AM


INSTRUCTOR: VICTORIA MINAISE

Victoria Minaise (Vicky) is originally from Kano but traces her origins back to Miziara in Lebanon. She discovered yoga in 1983 and has been with Vimyasa. She certified in Mozambique and specializes in Therapeutic Healing Yoga with over 200 hours of training and has been instructing since May of 2016. Yoga is an excellent way to master both physical and physiological control and has been attributed to reduce risk factors of diseases like stroke and even aid in a patient’s psychological healing process.

So whether you are discovering, improving your Yoga techniques; or just looking to de-stress, you are welcome to join our humble gathering. When she isn’t practicing Yoga, Vicky spends her time decorating spaces or at her Café de Vie. Vicky has two lovely children.
