Spinning, or studio cycling, is an excellent workout to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. The instructor then takes the class through varying routines  that includes sprints, hill climbs, and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits

MORNING GLORY 6.15AM

For the early riser, kickstarter, carpe diem in you. Laying in bed all morning s not for you but this class is. Get your legs pumping, heart rate going and bond with other early birds like yourself. We will have you warmed up, hard ryding and warmed down in an hour and you can go forth and seize the day.


SUNNYSIDE UP 8:30AM

The morning runs complete and your eye is on the perfect class to keep the day going. Sunny side up is perfect for you. Get in, go hard and get out. Gather inspiration from your workout and burn those calories with our specially designed second class of the day


KNIGHT RYDER 6:00PM

The day is almost over but not for you. Got in the hard days work and now you want the hard evening workout. This is your class. Your escape. We have the most amazing interior, closed door experience for you with beats pumping and lights moving. You’ve put in the work now lets take out the sweat.
